Adobe Kuler: Color Retarded No More

Well not really. It still takes experience and skill to know the right colors to use…but who has time to remember the complementary and analogous schemes off the top of their heads eh? This product should free up time for less worthwile, yet entertaining activities around the office.

I saw a demo for Adobe Lab’s Kuler at the Cut And Paste event in San Francisco (i’ll post some pics soon). Admittedly I tried out Kuler because of the free shirts they were giving away, but it is pretty impressive. The Adobe labs guy told me it was built using AS3 and Flash 9. Picking colors has never been this easy. I now feel stupid for buying a color harmony book.
