I was actually surprised, that looked like HTML + AJAX (o might be mistaken). But it works well enough for a non-desktop like app i think. Although, I did expect it to be more graphically pleasing. After using the Vista beta, and OS X, I have this thing now where I expect all programs to have those same graphical effects.
