How Future Desktops Might Look Like

The implementation of this prototype is mind-blowing. The entire premise however is a little doubtful. Why would you want to make your desktop look like your messy real world desk? Nevertheless, there should be a good argument for this that I haven’t thought of yet. Totally awesome, way to go.

That makes me wonder if this could be applicable to websites as well. Looks like something Yugo would do.
